Annual Sustainability Strategic Directions and Goals

Sustainability Goals and Vision

To strengthen the management of sustainability information and promote cross-departmental collaboration, ZenithTek has established the "Sustainable Development Committee." Focusing on the three core dimensions of "E (Environmental Protection)," "S (Social Responsibility)," and "G (Corporate Governance)," the committee implements related issues across respective functional units to respond to stakeholder expectations. At the execution level, led by the President and authorized department heads, decision-making and division of labor regarding ESG affairs are conducted. Each unit periodically reports implementation progress and resource requirements to the President and the Board of Directors, ensuring that sustainability strategies are deeply integrated with business objectives while receiving timely and adequate resource support.

Message from Management

Founder

Dear friends who care about ZenithTek Electronics' sustainable development:

Having weathered the baptism of global economic fluctuations and industrial adjustments, ZenithTek has demonstrated exceptional operational resilience. Amidst the challenges of inflation and market volatility, we have continued to move forward steadily and delivered impressive business performance.

Faced with the paradigm shift in the technology industry, we not only recognize the growth potential brought by AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), and future electric vehicles (EVs), but also deeply integrate sustainable management with product innovation. ZenithTek is committed to developing low-power, high-efficiency electronic components, and reducing our environmental footprint through the upgrading of smart facilities and process optimization. We translate our technological advantages into a driving force for carbon reduction, co-existing harmoniously with the environment while enhancing our competitiveness, thereby creating long-term green value for shareholders and society.

Looking to the Future

ZenithTek continuously addresses the three major dimensions of "Environmental Sustainability," "Social Responsibility," and "Corporate Governance" by assigning relevant responsibility units to manage related sustainability issues and respond to stakeholder expectations.

E - Environmental Sustainability

Focusing on identifying and responding to climate change risks and opportunities, as well as greenhouse gas management. This includes reducing carbon emissions, conducting greenhouse gas inventories, using renewable energy, promoting the circular economy, and establishing clear targets and plans for each area.

 S - Social Responsibility

Emphasizing employee care and social concern, including initiatives in occupational safety and health, functional training and development, and community participation and feedback.

 G - Corporate Governance

To strengthen board functions and enhance the quality of corporate governance, the company has established a comprehensive corporate governance structure in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles. A corporate governance officer has also been appointed to promote and execute matters related to corporate governance. Through the operations of the Board of Directors and its functional committees, the company implements honest management, risk management, and sustainable development to protect the rights and interests of shareholders and balance the interests of stakeholders.

Organizational Structure of the Sustainable Development Committee

The company's Board of Directors receives reports from the Sustainable Development Committee at least once a year. The Sustainable Development Committee proposes sustainable development strategies to the Board of Directors, which evaluates the feasibility of these strategies and tracks the execution progress of sustainable development.

Sustainable Development Affairs

  •  The company established the Sustainable Development Committee on September 17, 2026, to strengthen the sustainable governance mechanism and centrally promote policies and sustainable development work related to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
