Greenhouse Gas Management

The Company actively responds to global climate action initiatives and continuously enhances its greenhouse gas (GHG) management mechanisms. Through regular GHG inventories and data management, we monitor carbon emissions and improve information transparency. Sustainability is integrated into our business strategy, and we work together with stakeholders to promote a low-carbon transition, striving toward a sustainable and prosperous future.

2-1. Greenhouse Gas Management Strategy, Methodology, and Objectives

In response to global climate change and carbon neutrality trends, ZenithTek Group upholds the principles of sustainable corporate development and actively promotes greenhouse gas management practices, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of its operations. The Company has implemented energy-saving and carbon-reduction strategies at its office locations and established a low-carbon operational model to meet the expectations of customers, investors, and society regarding corporate sustainability responsibilities.

1. Management Strategy and Organizational Framework

Greenhouse gas management has been incorporated into the Company's sustainability policy. The Quality System Department is responsible for coordinating GHG inventory and management activities, including the regular collection, consolidation, and analysis of relevant data to monitor emission performance and support management decision-making.

2. Identification Scope and Implementation Methodology

The Company conducts greenhouse gas inventories in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14064-1, establishing organizational and operational boundaries, identifying all relevant greenhouse gas emission sources, and classifying emissions by category to ensure the completeness and consistency of inventory results.

(1) Office Operations

The primary source of carbon

emissions within office operations is:

  • Category 2: Indirect greenhouse gas emissions from imported energy (including lighting, air conditioning, servers, and equipment electricity consumption).

To manage these emission sources,

the Company has implemented

the following measures:

  • Replaced office lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures.
  • Controlled air-conditioning temperature settings.
  • Encouraged the use of video conferencing to reduce business travel-related carbon emissions.
  • Promoted a paperless office environment to reduce printing and consumable usage.
